This blog was started 6 months ago and one of the main reasons it was started was to help spread word about networking events, career fairs, etc. for the Kansas City area each week. I have been told by many people that this blog helps them find out what is going on in the KC area that would be of benefit for job seekers. It is words of encouragement from those still actively looking for a job that motivates me to keep this blog going and do what small part I can to help you, the job seeker.
A Job Leads section was added to the blog a few months ago and this section is updated frequently as new job leads are found and added to the page. I go through all of the listings to check and make sure they are still valid at least once or twice a week. Most of the time the jobs are marketing or web-related.
I am curious to hear from those who read this blog regularly or stop by at times to see what is the latest info added.
