Joyce shares the Mind By Design™ philosophy which asserts that by shifting our unconscious thoughts that determine 95% of our daily actions, we take control and eliminate excuses that can hold us back. This new perspective integrates science and psychology to help take you to the next level of success. Change your thinking, and you can change your life.
Join us Wednesday, November 3rd to gain practical insights to add to your job search ‘toolkit’.
Speaker Bio:
Joyce Layman is an accomplished speaker and change agent. Joyce is known for her straightforward and high energy style of equipping audiences with the insight, tools and practical applications necessary to take them to the next level of success. Her presentations are centered on the “Mind By Design” philosophy which asserts that by shifting our mindset – the subconscious habits, attitudes and beliefs that determine over 95% of our daily actions – we take control of mind chatter, eliminate excuses, and increase resilience.
It was through searching for her own truth in regards to life experiences that Joyce discovered amazing information that changed her life. Learning to embrace all of life’s experiences as an opportunity to grow pushed her to higher levels of achievement both personally and professionally. She sought training in The Pacific Institute’s processes, and now uses the latest techniques in cognitive restructuring and to help others understand how their thoughts and attitudes determine their outcomes. Only she puts them in layman’s terms. Business leaders and entrepreneurs alike come to Joyce for personal growth and development inspiration through speaking, consulting and coaching.
