“A Successful Six Figure Job Search Blueprint” TeleSeminar

Free to attend. Hosted by Tammy Kabell from Career Resume Consulting.

Time: Noon CST.

The basic elements of a successful career search… It starts with materials such as resumes, cover letters, marketing letters, and online materials (your online presence) that maintains a consistent communication strategy of positioning yourself as a top performer. These need to be in place before ever starting a job search.

After your written materials are finished, then it’s time for a three tier approach to job searching. It’s this approach that gets you the response from employers and gets you hired quickly.

  • The first component is contacting companies that fit your target criteria. There is a process for determining your target companies, which Tammy will cover during this call.
  • The second approach is contacting companies that are growing, and therefore creating jobs. Tammy will show you the best FREE resources available to find these “hidden” six figure jobs.
  • And finally, it’s using your existing network effectively, and expanding your network so that more people and more companies know that you are looking for a new career position. Tammy will give you suggestions on the most effective way to expand your existing network using a leapfrog technique for finding new contacts. And she’ll instruct you on how to finesse these new contacts, so that they don’t feel pressure to “find you a job.”

Serve in Joplin Day

Depart around 8:00 am and be back around 5:00-6:00 pm.

If you are a job seeker, I know how it can feel at times like you can’t contribute much. But, you are valuable and here is an opportunity for you to make a difference in people’s lives by volunteering to go down to Joplin to serve.

Come with the Joplin Relief Group from 33Church as we make the second of many monthly trips down to help serve the people of Joplin who are recovering from the devastating tornado that hit their city on May 22. We plan to carpool to head down there and spend most of the day helping where needed.

It is our intention to go down monthly on the last Saturday to help in Joplin. If you would like to come with us on our monthly trips, you will need to attend a Wednesday night meeting the week of our trip. We will be meeting on Wednesday, August 24 to talk about the August 27 trip and what to expect.

If you are interested in coming with the group on Saturday, August 27 to help serve, send an email to markvanbaale@gmail.com.
