The KCK Chamber will co-sponsor a social media workshop. Paige Cahill, regional development director for Constant Contact, will lead a panel discussion about how social media can grow a business. Other panelists will include Bridget Koan of the Chamber staff, and Maila Yang, KCK Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Those attending will learn of best practices for marketing online using media tools. Various social media platforms will be examined with examples of what is best to increase sales. The workshop will then move to Room 3619A Flint. Participants will learn how they can improve their websites. Computer monitors and WiFi will be provided; however, participants will be encouraged to bring their laptop computers.
